Virgin Atlantic to fly the World's Longest Commercial Plane on the Delhi-London Sector

Britain's Virgin Atlantic Airways will operate the world's longest commercial plane, the Airbus A340-600, on the Delhi-London sector.

At 247 feet (75.3 metres) and fitted with a Rolls Royce Trent 500 engine, the Airbus A340-600 is longer than any other commercial plane.
